Whether it's life partners, close friends, or a mother and daughter, the couples massage is a great way to relax and rejuvenate with a loved one. Share the wellness experience in the same room.

The larger muscles near the surface often get sore and need massaging, but the smaller muscles underneath may actually be the most in need of help. This special technique was developed to locate and massage these deeper layers.

Smooth, heated river stones are incorporated into the massage to create an incredibly soothing experience.

In Home Massage

If you'd prefer to relax and rejuvenate with a little more privacy or if you are not able to visit Cheryl due to physical limitations, we can bring the benefits of wellness to your home. In home massage provides added relaxation when experienced in the comfort of your own environment.

Myofascial Release

A treatment that focuses on unlocking key areas of the body to allow the muscles and fascial system to release and heal. This holistic approach helps decrease pain, improves flexibility, range of motion and posture. Promotes freedom of movement.

Beiieved to be of Tibetan origin, Reiki was developed in Japan as a type of spiritual healing. Practitioners direct  the life force energy through their hands using touch and special ancient symbols, helping the body restore its energy field and promote health.

Swedish Massage

Gliding pressure and kneading of muscles that aids blood and lymph circulation. Helps eliminate toxins and brings stress reduction, pain relief and relaxation.

Thai Massage

Believed to have been developed more than 2,500 years ago in India, Thai Therapy is more energizing and rigorous than classic forms of massage. Therapists use their hands, knees, legs and feet to move the body into a series of yoga-like stretches and deep massages. (Recommend wearing loose comfortable clothing)
